Email Template – Welcome Note After Payment is Received

Once again, welcome to the digital business card family! Thank you for your recent payment of $xxx for your annual subscription (and set up fee if applicable). Next [month of renewal] you will receive a renewal invoice notice in the amount of $XXX and each year thereafter as long as you wish to be part of the digital business card family. [OPTIONAL if you have referral program in place. Also, for everyone you send to us who becomes a paying cardholder, we will credit your renewal account $20. If you renew we will deduct that from your invoice and if you do not renew we will send you a check for the balance!]

[Optional] Each month you will receive an email from us that contains tips for business and reminders on how to use your card. Every week you will receive a text reminding you to put your card to good use!  We also try to publish our First Impression Warrior blogcast regularly. You can be notified when they are available by following us on Instagram @[your instagram name]. 

Remember, your annual subscription includes up to three minor edits over the course of the year.  So if you need to update a photo, address, phone number or general information just send it to us.  Should you require additional edits beyond the three provided, we may charge a fee of $XX per edit.
