Digital business cards have been around for many years (digital brochures - not that long at all), however most are template based, cookie-cutter cards that the end-user creates online by uploading their headshot, logo and contact information. Our mission together with you, is to create a revolution in the digital business card/brochure industry by offering truly custom-designed solutions for clients that value their brand and image. In doing so, we can help you present an outstanding first impression and separate you and your team members from the crowd in your field or profession. . . thus helping you grow your business and/or deliver valuable information to your constituents.
Our Journey
VisnessWare was created because in the past, in order to offer a custom-designed digital card or brochure we had to piece together all the components using seven or more different pieces of software and processes. In other words, you would have to be a developer or do a lot of extra work, and most people don’t want to do the extra work. It is not that it took days to produce a custom-designed digital card before VisnessWare, but the steps and processes involved were a bit tedious and not a very efficient use of time. So we decided to develop our own software to reduce the time, steps and processes and in doing so, we now have a platform that hosts, manages and publishes custom-designed digital cards/brochures designed just for you. By the way, we have been designing and providing custom-designed digital business cards since the Fall of 2014!

Barry C. Donovan

Barry C. Donovan is a First Impression Warrior whose company's products and services help business professionals create great first and lasting impressions (think headshots, digital business cards and ebrochures) as well as assists victim advocates at law enforcement agencies, DA's offices and service organizations with providing required Victim Rights information to victims of crime via a browser-based app.
He has been in the marketing profession since 1985 serving clients in a wide range of industries as well as the non-profit sector. He has served on the Dominican Foundation Board of Directors since 1992 and is a former board member and current Advisor for Go Play of Colorado.
Barry is the author of the the book "Make More Money With Your Graphic Design Business - Offer Custom-Designed Digital Business Cards" and the guides, “Best Practices In Business Networking” and “Ultimate Guide to Creating A Great First Impression.” He also hosts three business networking groups in the Denver area. He has a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
Advisory Board Members
Mr. Rafael E. Gutierrez is a managing partner at Terra Group Holdings. Prior to accepting this position, he was the CEO of Jujotech, a disruptive and leading augmented digital solution company based in Bolulder, Colorado. He is also a board member of both the Social Capital Agency and the Dominican Foundation. Mr. Gutierrez was previously the COO of Ascent Solar Technologies Inc. a leader of Electronic Integrated PV solutions and also served as Strategic Business Development Lead for Seagate Technology SSD division. He was the Enterprise Business Development Lead for Micron Technologies. In addition, Mr. Gutierrez was Senior VP of Sales and Marketing at Ampt, LLC a leader in distributed power conversion for the solar industry. Prior to Ampt, he was Senior VP of Sales and Marketing at Ascent Solar Technologies, a leader in Flexible CIGS PV solar modules.
Before entering the renewable energy sector, Mr. Gutierrez worked for Seagate Technologies for 18 Years were he held various executive positions including General Manager of Consumer Electronics, Executive Director of Strategic Marketing, and Director of Advanced Concepts and Product Development.
Mr. Gutierrez holds a M.S. in Operations Research and Applied Statistics from the University of Northern Colorado, and a B.A. in Mathematics from Bellevue University.
Sarah Jacobs

Since childhood, Sarah always had a passion for making stuff. She has professionally completed over 700 projects.
With a double major in fine arts (with a concentration in graphic design) and language, Sarah earned her BFA in April 2000 from Eastern Michigan University, in Ypsilanti, Michigan.
Sarah has worked in the creative field since her high school senior co-op in 1996, where she designed embroidered patches. Throughout most of her college years, she worked for the school newspaper, The Eastern Echo. From ‘production director’ to ‘web designer,’ she built the skills she needed to land an internship at a software company in Ann Arbor. There, she designed software interfaces, the company website, instruction manuals, print materials – and gained a few years of experience in carrying out a company brand.
Upon graduating college, Sarah worked as a graphic designer, building websites, branding and presentations. Spring of 2002 sent her out west to follow her dreams.
Matt Mahoney is a trusted member of any team and he has seen what right looks like. He has sought out and been recruited by organizations with great growth stories. He was employee number 40 and shareholder of a cutting-edge laser manufacturing company that went public, now has over 1000 employees and generated $594 million in sales in 2011. He was a senior manager at a direct marketing firm where they more than doubled sales in a three-year period and attracted a $2 billion corporation to buy their company.
Matt was an early shareholder and employee at Solimar Systems where he focused on sales and customer and partner satisfaction. Solimar grew to support thousands of customers worldwide. These are enviable organizations and there is no better teacher than being right in the middle of their growth. Matt currently serves as Executive VP of Sales for Racami, LLC.
Tony Marshall
IT Senior Manager - Kaiser Permanente
Tony Marshall is a seasoned IT Professional with over two decades of successful and progressive experience with implementing and operating technology solutions. Tony specializes in ERP and Healthcare technologies and has experience in leadership positions with industry-leading companies such as EY, Catholic Health Initiatives, JACOBS and currently with Kaiser Permanente.
A strong believer in exceptional customer service and the power of continuous improvement thinking in the workplace, Tony always considers the customer perspective and encourages team collaboration to improve the service experience for customers.
Tony enjoys keeping active by enjoying the Colorado mountains, regularly catching up with family and friends, and attending community events.
